Q: What devices does ReCellular take?
A: All Handsets, PDAs and aircards.
Q: What about accessories and batteries?
A: ReCellular meets all environmental guidelines for proper battery disposal (ReCellular will accept all accessories and batteries, but they do not have a monetary value). Keep battery attached to phone. If battery is not attached to phone, place tape over terminal ends.
Q: Does ReCellular pay for shipping?
A: Yes, depending on quantity, ReCellular can arrange a pallet, FedEx ground or USPS pre-paid shipping label.
Q: Does ReCellular discount if the devices are damaged?
A: Unlike other services that severely discount based on minor scratches and mars, ReCellular will only do a simple call-test and visual check for screen damage.
Q: Will ReCellular return devices?
A: In some instances we will hold failed devices for 5 business day and return at customers expense.
Q: How long will it take to get my payment?
A: Approximately 21 days...
Q: Can ReCellular identify phones for the customer so the customer does not need to check models and ESN’s?
A: Yes, ReCellular can identify all models and ESN’s and send a report with the value.
Q: Does ReCellular scrub data off every handset?
A: Yes. Data is removed off every handset received from our Enterprise customers as part of the recycling process.

Q: Will ReCellular integrate the service into the customer’s website?
A: Yes.
Q: Does ReCellular provide print collateral, collection boxes, pre-paid envelopes to make their collection program more successful?
A: Yes.
Q: Will ReCellular provide reporting by device, division or business unit?
A: Yes.
